AIMS
Increase confidence and mutual respect, develop involvement, constancy and tenacity, motivate each team member to reach common goals, play an active part and enhance the value of the contribution of all, learn from the experiences made by the team, manage the morale and atmosphere inside the team.


The coming up of difficulties and complex situations during the immersion in nature re-creates an adventure context which involves the individual fisically, emotionally and also in a cognitive process. Learning thus new skills is considerably faster than the traditional training in classrooms, and results to be particularly fertile for the development of the competence in leadership, comunication and team work. The motivation to participate and to put oneself into question is very high and favours the development of the emotional intelligence.

MODALITY
Everything starts below deck where the skipper teaches the basic elements of navigation: chart-reading, route-tracing, rolls and activities concerning the leading of the yacht. The group dynamics start immediately when You leave the safe but stagnant waters of the harbour for facing the uncertainty of the open sea.


According to the training programmed (atmosphere of competition: regatta, goal: navigation), during the sailing there’ll be created concrete and complex situations which will be discussed in the following sessions of group re-elaboration headed by the trainer.


ADDRESSEES
The course is for all institutions which deal with team work. Entrepreneurs, managers and trainers eager to explore new spaces for their own enrichment as well as that of the team by means of a new method.


The rates will be arranged according to the duration of the training course and needs of the requesting company. Obviously the course can’t be standardized: each intervention will be planned and based on the characteristics of the participants and on the training aims to be achieved.
